Was looking to get the 5/16 gypsy. They send me a 8mm Din766, which is a German Standard, and close to the size of the 5/16. However: the links are not exact and the 5/16 chain will jump the 8mm gypsy under pressure. The customer service is a joke. They refuse to provide you with a contact number to talk to them. All via email, and they do not answer but every so often, if you are lucky. Last email told me that they do not deal with 8mm gypsies, yet I received one from them. Told me to return it and if they made mistake, they would sent the right one. Meantime I paid for shipping both ways, which I fully expect to be refunded. On top of that, we can't anchor now, and will have to change our vacation plans. Thanks Five Oceans😬 Their customer service is one of the worst that I have dealt with in a long time. Just make sure if, and I don't know why you would want to, you deal with five oceans, that you have plenty of time. Getting an email once a week with some BS question, so I have to write back. I had to send the same email 3 days in a row, in order to get response. They have no priority, sucky customer service at it's best. So buyer beware!!
I am willing to change my review, once the issue has been resolved to everyone satisfaction. To compete in today's world, five oceans needs to step up, if they want to remain in business. Feel free to contact me, which I know will probably take at least a week and will be some half hearted attempt to fix it. This hole issue could have been solved with one of two calls.
