Mortise Door Latch Set

Replaced the oem door latch with this one. Not an easy install but it works and looks great.

miss alighnment

stamped outer frames did not align with the handle square bar and screw holes, so when I tried to tighten the assembly it would freeze up and not work every time. It took me over days to figure out what was wrong, Who would of thought that the frame manufacturing was sloppy. I had to open the countersunk screw holes and shave the square bar to release the presser on the countersunk screw holes and handles. looks nice but bad manufacturing
